As of February 2026, Undip’s DSTI provides a dedicated service area for the IT Helpdesk—located on the first floor of the ICT Center Building (formerly the BNI space)—to serve the Undip academic community. This in-person IT Helpdesk service allows members of the academic community to visit directly to obtain solutions for IT-related issues or disruptions.
