- Planning and implementing the development of information technology and strategic information/electronic systems
- Implementation of supervision of information/electronic system development
- Management of the implementation of all information/electronic systems within Undip together with other organizing work units
- Implementation of reporting and evaluation of activities carried out
- Other functions determined by the Rector
